Data Impact ("DI") recognizes the importance of protecting your privacy and takes that obligation seriously. DI also knows that you care about how your usage data, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information ("personal information") is used and/or shared. DI's sole intent in collecting personal information is to balance its legitimate business interests against the reasonable expectations of privacy of its users and members. As such, except as provided for under USAGE below, DI does not sell, rent, swap or otherwise disclose any personal information. Nor does DI include in the DI website ("DataImpact.com") any functionality for performing "reverse searches" to identify DataImpact.com users or DI customers from their e-mail addresses. Consequently, DI adopted this statement of privacy to inform DataImpact.com users and DI customers how it does collect, store, and use personal information.

DI collects personal information during on-line and off-line customer registration processes, service purchases, and other user registration processes. In addition, DI collects general statistical information of DataImpact.com's usage (such as your IP address, browser type, originating domain names, access times and referring website addresses), which is used as provided under USAGE below.

DataImpact.com may contain hyperlinks to third party websites, and while DI makes all reasonable efforts to hyperlink to websites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, DI is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third party websites. As such, DI encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from DataImpact.com, so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information.

When you request pages on our Web site, our Web servers automatically recognize your browser's domain name and IP address. We collect this information in order to aggregate information on what pages are accessed. This information is collected solely for statistical purposes and to determine visitor access to restricted areas on our site. It is not used to identify individuals, nor is it shared with third parties.

Our Web servers use "cookies" to collect this information. The term "cookie" refers to files that are transferred from a Web site to your computer's hard drive. DI reserves the right to disclose any personal information about you or your use of DataImpact.com, including its contents, without your prior permission if DI has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; protect and defend the rights or property of DI or its affiliated companies; enforce the terms or use; or act to protect the interests of its customers or others.

All personal information is protected by state-of-the-art and consistently upgraded security technology in an effort to safeguard your personal information. DataImpact.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the DataImpact.com site/service(s) constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. Your use of a particular section of the DataImpact.com site/service(s) included within the DataImpact.com site/service(s) may also be subject to additional terms as set forth in such section ("Additional Terms").
