Data Impact ("DI") recognizes the importance of protecting your privacy and takes that obligation seriously. DI also knows that you care about how your usage data, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information ("personal information") is used and/or shared. DI's sole intent in collecting personal information is to balance its legitimate business interests against the reasonable expectations of privacy of its users and members. In addition, DI collects general statistical information of DataImpact.com's usage (such as your IP address, browser type, originating domain names, access times and referring website addresses), which is used as provided under USAGE below.

DataImpact.com may contain hyperlinks to third party websites, and while DI makes all reasonable efforts to hyperlink to websites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, DI is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third party websites. COOKIES
When you request pages on our Web site, our Web servers automatically recognize your browser's domain name and IP address. We collect this information in order to aggregate information on what pages are accessed. This information is collected solely for statistical purposes and to determine visitor access to restricted areas on our site. DI reserves the right to change this Statement of Privacy at any time by notifying DI customers and DataImpact.com users of the existence of a new privacy policy or any updates by posting a notice at this location or by e-mail or by any other reasonable means.
